1. Building Design:
The company is actively involved in design, estimation and supervision of buildings. The major building design works carried out by Alliance Consults are as follows:
• Lumbini Jambala Hotel (Architectural Consultant for Homeland Engineer’s Consults Pvt. Ltd.)
• Structural Consultant for Building Structures for Mechinagar Bus Park (Associate Structural Consultant for AEDA Consulting Group Pvt. Ltd.)- Project Commissioned by TDF.
• Construction supervision of Commercial Complex at Mahabouddha for Nepal Dairy Pvt. Ltd.
• Design, Estimation and Supervision of School Building for Bhumidevi Higher Secondary School at Talaku VDC, Nuwakot.
Besides these the firm has been involved with a number of residential structures.

2. Small Hydropower Projects:
• Feasibility Study of Hewa-A Small Hydropower Project (5 MW),
• Desk Study Report of a number of Puwa Majhuwa SHP (1.2 MW), Chagau Khola SHP (2.4 MW), etc.
The company has completed the topographic survey, design, estimation and financial and economic analysis of Hewa-A Small Hydropower Project (4.2 MW)

3. Micro Hydropower Projects:
The company is pre-qualified by Alternative Energy Promotion Centre/Energy Sector Assistance Programme (AEPC/ESAP) for providing consultancy services to micro hydropower projects up to 100 kW. As such, the company has completed the feasibility study and design of different micro hydropower projects (MHPs) in Achham, Baitadi, Humla, Okhaldhunga, Udaypur, Jajrkot and Khotang districts. Some of the major assignments undertaken by the company are:
1.  Field Verification of GIS based Mini Grid Schemes in Udaypur district (31 Schemes)
 2. Field Verification of GIS based Mini Grid Schemes in Jajarkot district (16 Schemes)
 3. Detailed Feasibility Study of 7 MHPs schemes in Achham district
4. Detailed Feasibility Study of 6 MHPs schemes in Baitadi district
 5. Detailed Feasibility Study of 3 MHPs in Okhaldhunga district
 6. Detailed Feasibility Study of  MHPs in Khotang and Humla districts

4.  Other Engineering Design:
With the enhancement of its capability in design and estimation, the company plans to undertake other projects like water supply, irrigation, road etc in near future.

5. Engineering Valuation:
The company has been listed as a property valuator to Karmachari Sanchayakosh. The company has been doing property valuation for clients to Karmachari Sanchayakosh since last year.
